I didn't think he planned anything; kinda approaching everything with the same "le derrr" attitude.

Swam-ster, I dunno if you haven't read or what. I'm dealing with the Red Cross right now helping to set up support. Someone as bright as you would be welcome down there. Of course, you'd have to actually have ideas rather than monday-morning quarterback the whole thing and prattle on your anti-bush tirades, but I'm sure that eventually you'll answer my question of "What should we do". Until then, keep sitting in your warm comfy chair and saying how everything that has been done is wrong and totally Bush's fault. When you want to visit the Big Easy to help out, let me know.

bush is a piece of fucking garbage, i would spit in his face. i saw him on tvthis morning. diane sawyer asked him "some people including conservative commentators are calling for the oil industry to cut profits by 20% to lower gas prices during the crisis, do you support this idea?" ...bush completely dodged the question, didnt answer it at all. fucking scumbag just wants to protect his friends in the oil industry from losing one precious penny. he is a horrible leader.

I don't support the federal government telling business how to run a company. Tax gasoline .50$ on the gallon, then we'll be in a stronger position to deal with the Saudis'

What if Bush decided it was time to fuck the corporations, so he invaded Venezula and sold their oil to NO and other regions for 5$ a barrel. Would you shit a semen-covered brick about that?

Hannity panders to whoever will listen and get himself ratings. Why fuck the corporations they are the ones that will rebuild the Gulf Coast. It's the corporations that have a real interest in getting everything rebuilt so that they can keep making money.

To hell with lowering prices or opening reserves. Maybe this will bother people enough that they will call for alternative energies. I used to say "yeah right", but I sure as hell won't be paying $3 a gallon. Fuck that.

I know, it's a damn shame, too. People better get used to $3-4 per gallon b/c I was reading on CNN Money that the prices are gonan stay that way for about half a year. That is fucking crazy.

the end impact of all of these fuel price increases is going to be a nationwide recession and massive loss of jobs. the only people who will make out are those who are inside of the oil industry.
