i need to work my abs out really bad. all i got is bar bell wieghts... like i said before, my back is really fucked up so i cant do sit ups, leg lifts, V-ups, anything like that. anything else i can do? i need a bow flex:crazy:

fuck blow flex
get some barbells
and a book
and kill laziness
and do crunches everyday
eat right.

if you suffer from back trouble
you need to learn some stretches
or take a yoga class - you're pain will go away
and be replaced with strength and flexibility.

i stopped dirnking and smoking... well i drnka 2 beers today just to see if i could stop my self from drinking more. so that was just a test:grin:

i dont have the money for a yoga, or any other class for that matter, i do try to stretch it doesnt seem to help:crazy:
