I work full time now. I had over 50 hours last week alone.
The weird thing is seeing all the owners with their dogs. You'd be surprised how very similar they are a lot of the time. And sometimes I trip out to the fact that the grunty, fat bulldog heaving for breath in the corner is descended from the sleek, agile wolf racing for game in the Alaskan woods. It's crazy.
And one thing I just love about work is how fulfilling it is. For anyone who has been out of work for a long time and isn't sure if they can "handle" being a full-time employee again (well that's how I was), all I can say is that if you have a job you kinda enjoy (if you're lucky, more then kinda) then it's easy to get up everyday. I don't think I'll ever work at any other type of job again.
agreed, my job is stressful at times but it's a good job and i like it. i like who i work for and (for the most part) work with. we work out of my boss's house so i could go to work in my pajamas if i really wanted. medical billing, only bad part is talking to angry patients.
u work with dogs now? i have a choc. lab, krypto's a real peach
"..the thing is, people are getting hurt and the one thing the meteor shower didn't grace this town with was a superhero. So, in his absense, you're left with me. One girl, on a mission, determined to leave no rock - especially those from outerspace - unturned. My name is Chloe Sullivan, and I'm here to bring you the truth."
