Harvesting question

I have read enough teks ,so I should know,but my first ever casing is flushing well now and ,like a doctor about to make his first cut,I want to step out into the hall and ask for help!
I have a bout 100 mushies in two trays. about 10 look like they could break thier veils tonight. Maybe 20 tomorrow,and the rest a day or so later.
Do I need to harvest them all at the same time,preparing the way for the next flush? could I pick 'em as I see 'em?

You can pick them as they mature, and pick the rest when they catch up. Good luck.
