something so amazing
    #4595284 - 08/29/05 03:59 PM (11 years, 5 months ago)

So this summer after my 7 gram dose I been seeing things a little different. Sometimes I see things slightly morph or bend. It must be the after effects of shrooms. I mean, I am shocked and I love it though. It really adds to your life. It doesnt happen often but everyonce in a while ill look at somethign and it will be melting..etc..

do shrooms leave effects in you that last? or is it just me

It's called HPPD (Hallucinogen Persisting Perception Disorder). Alot of people get it, but it usually goes away.

I'm the same way. Some will tell you that you allready see these things, you just havent noticed it much before drugs, but now its significant....like tracers.
I see things very differently now. I enjoy it, I think it does spice up your life a little bit....the down side is anxiety attacks. Some have em, some dont. Psychedelic drugs intensify everything....especially emotions. You've made your own decisions, now you have to live with the consequences...in a nut shell, be careful of what you wish for. If a psychedelic life is what you want, its what your gonna get.

"""do shrooms leave effects in you that last? or is it just me"""

It is just you, that effect you, indirectly however, shrooms may trigger, the effects you endure, thus having you and you only, as the bearer of what got triggered, by the trigger, that shroom was..

I call this "finding the switch", but I did not make to much of sense, now did I?

""... in a nut shell, be careful of what you wish for. ""

Yeah, I used to have the same thing back in my tripping days. I would see patterns in the night sky and constantly see faces and other crazy things when I was in darkness. Walls constantly breathed as well. It didn't really bother me too much. I haven't tripped in nearly a year and a half now and I've yet to see anything along those lines anymore. Like someone else said, it usually does go away.
