I was listenin to the radio this morn runnin late to work on an empty tank. The DJ said after a week of steady $2.60 gas prices today at lunch it's supposed to jump. Not just a few cents, but a dollar! Why? cause of Hurricane Katrina. That bitch...
Anybody heard that too?

I bet soon Americans and Europeans will have much in common in terms of transportation.
If gas prices keep skyrocketing like this, I wouldn't doubt those tiny gas-efficient cars will become more popular. Many SUV owners are already bitching, despite the fact that their lack of foresight has brought this problem on themselves.
I've been expecting gas prices to skyrocket for years, but the speed at which it's been doing it is insane. I'm lucky I don't drive much.

I am on E (empty not ecstasy you junkies! :p ) and I just let my gas needle go down even further for fear of seeing the prices, or worse... paying them! Bah, I won't have my honda civic until October 19th. It is a funny thing to watch the raised F350s with the monster truck tires filling up at the pump however. Serves them right.
