i have a nissan 240sx and put a turbo on it along with a stage 4 racing clutch and a bunch of other stuff. the turbo was the main thing though..it was crazy. it was engineered for handling though so it drove comparable to a porsche, just didn't have th power from the factory.

mustangs GTs, camaro SS, my neighbor's corvette....they would all get this confused look on their faces when a 4 banger walked away from them. it was great. =)

yup still got it. i put so much cash into it, it was crazy...it's like an addiction.
i blew a piston ring though, so know i get to tear it open and put forged pistons and rods and upgrade the internals with bulletproof fun stuff. that's the main reason why i'm looking for a moped or bike.

oo thats shitty man...i raced my friend one time and he fried 2 of his piston rings on his prelude

yea bikes r really fun, acceleration, gas milage (the best!!) easy to look in the engine, easy to upgrade... thats probly y i fell in love with bikes in the first place:shrug:

check around ebay motors, they got alot of good stuff:thumbup:

i'm torn between putting another 5Gs (the car is like a money pit) into the car or getting a nice 600cc sportbike. it's a really hard decision man.

was the test hard and all that? it says when you have your permit you can go out riding under the supervision of a licensed cyclist, but the only other person i know with a bike license is like 400 miles from me. so how do you get practice on the streets? if i get one, i think i'm just gonna ride it around the locally for a while until i'm ready for the license test...

i dunno the laws now, i got my license when i was 15 1/2. i do know u cant ride passengers and u cant roll on the freeway for 6 months. the test was a breeze though, not very many questions and the driving part was hella easy just drive through a couple cones and they hand u ur license basically lol

i think i may just fix the problem with my car for like 500 bucks and look around for a streetbike. what do you think? do you know anything in particular i should look for when checking out used bikes? and what's a cool bike for a beginner? i've thought about buying a really cheap beater kind of bike like some people suggest for beginners, but i can't find any. i figure i might as well get one in good condition and fuck it up myself.

i'm thinking a cbr600, ninja, gs500, sv650...not sure.

yea defiantly get a bike thats in good condition, iv seen ppl fuck up before and get somethin used and could never get it to work right, etc...CBRs r good, my bros got one, honda makes really nice bikes, durable, fast, but they're heavy thats wut i dont like about them... other then that good begginer bike. ninja ZX-6R is by far my favorite (but tahts just me), they r light, zippy and really easy to pop a wheelie on:grin: my buddys got a GS500, they r alright actually iv never riden one but iv seen him ride and they work pretty good. i couldnt say anything bout the SV i dont know anything bout it.

does it get hot where you live? do you wear all that leather armor and stuff when it's hot out, or does it get cooler once you get in the wind?

i have a nice ass jacket, ill see if i can find a pic of it. but naw in cali yea it gets hot but only when ur stopped. i usally just ride with helmet and gloves, i only wear the jacket at night or if im doin tricks. but once ur riding (jacket or not) u feel nice and cool:cool: unless its 105 degrees out and 2% humidity lol

You've just now made me think of getting a bike instead of a Jeep.

What would you recommend for me. I've never rode a motorcycle before. I'm sure i would love it tho. I've had 3 ATVs. WHat exactly would you recommend for my first bike ?

id say either CRB 600 f4i (or RR if ur a balla and can handle fast acceleration) or a ninja ZX-6R (my bike:cool:). the difference between these 2 is wieght, the ninja is light while the honda CBR is heavy. so it all depends wut u want the bike for, if ur looking to go really fast and do alot of tricks then go with the ninja, if u want a really fast bike that will take a thousand beatings and will never break down on u, then go with the honda
