As long as it smelled fine...green or dark black, as opposed to a light brown when dry, and darker brown when wet, would probably indicate poo that wasnt leeched enough..however it might be fine.

Leaching:
1: fill with warm water 2: let soak and hour or so 3: drain
Thats it
However like I said, if it smells fine, it might be fine. I've had some poo that looked greener that worked.

was it dry? did have algae or some other green growing on it?
if it was dry then none of the above would be growing on it.
if dried outside for at very least 2 weeks.. then it should be good to go for pasteurizing. Otherwise you should leech then dry, then pasteurize.

Green Poo is from horses getting fed alfalfa hay, wont hurt anything and it might even be better Where i get my poo is where they keep champion Quarter horses that are trained for barrell racing, some of them are worth up to 500,000$ so they are fed top notch grains and alfalfa all the time

If it smells like good garden soil, you are ok. Green is kinda odd, is it green everywhere or what?
