Call the cops, or a lawyer.
-------------------- "Men trained in arms from their infancy, and animated by the love of liberty, will afford neither a cheap or easy conquest." From the Declaration of the Continental Congress "We can have peace and security only as long as we band together to preserve that most priceless possession, our inheritance of European blood." Charles A. Lindbergh,"Aviation, Geography, and Race", Reader's Digest, Nov. 1939 "We must secure the existance of our people and a future for White children." David Lane

Any other ideas?
I would have to say a website site or such would be a huge preference over contacting a cop or lawyer.

damn your right..... i just searched for like 15 mins and i cant find anything on missouri. however i think that spores are legal there because of this
"Psilocybin Mushroom spores are legal to possess in every state except California, Georgia, and Idaho. (see details)." -erowid.org
and i just realized that 3 months ago......
"New Mexico appels court ruled on June 16, 2005, that growing psilocybin mushrooms for personal consumption could not be considered "manufacturing a controlled substance" under state law. Growing hallucinogenic mushrooms not illegal, state appeals court rules - June 16 2005 "
now thats awesome, more states should follow suit.

Lefty, your statement concerning New Mexico is a bit misleading... growing psilocybes may not be illegal in New Mexico, but posessing them is...

also, legal posession of spores depends on intent... it is illegal to posess spores if your intent is to grow mushrooms with them

But how are you supposed to consume them if you are not allowed to posess them?

and if a court ruled saying that growing for personal consumption is not illegal then that must mean that up to a certain amount in posession is legal. im sure if you were caught outside of your house with them then it would be illegal, but from what that ruling says, i interpret it as saying you can grow them for your own personal use, but if they can prove otherwise then its still illegal.

the guy in that case wasn't charged with posession... they charged him with manufacture of a controlled substance... it's still a controlled substance, and if that guy was charged with posession instead he'd have been guilty...
personal consumption never entered the equation, the judges didn't make a ruling concerning the intended use of the mushrooms, they only addressed the narrow question of whether growing mushrooms could be considered manufacture of a controlled substance...
