To speed up colinization it was said before I though it to increase room temp of friendly spore sprouts. They like it hot and MOIST. Nomally they should sprout and fluff 7 days after prime conditions. And colonize to the extreme they will. What you tink? Spark em up and spread dem with HIENZ. Cause de best tings come to does who wait. And even better tings come to those who waited already and know how not to wait?!

DOn't heat them up so much next time... I have restuarant grade pressure cooker. And i cooked them for an hour and a half. (The instructions of the pressure cooker says begin timeing when the nob on the pressure cooker begins raddling). So if i eliminate the waiting time for that, they have been pressurized for an hour. And i kept aluminum foil over the micron magic filter discs. SO my question is, how long should I pressure cook 14, quart jars for?

I did this with a 3 lb and 1lb bag of rye berries my first time. Wasnt nearly as sterile as I should’ve been and put bag of rye berries directly on heating pad. Because I was an idiot. Bag was definitely warm. I noticed no signs of life for 3 weeks. Then I was about to toss the big bag but decided to just see if anything was in the middle. When I shook both bags they exploded with white fuzzies and within a week I mixed the 1 lb bag to sub at 100% colonization.
Then other times I’ve seen growth in 48 hours. I guess it’s genetics as well from what I gather. I would second what was said about waiting another week except if there’s nothing there you might try shaking it up real good, waiting 48 hours, and if nothing then toss.
