Cakes and casings..MmMMm
    #4584222 - 08/26/05 04:08 PM (12 years, 7 months ago)

I got cakes and casings in the same fruiting chamber...and i let the humidity hit 100%...is this bad for the casings? How will it affect them...is it ok if the water is building up onto the cakes? I dont understand if the excess water is bad for the casings or is it just bad because it invites contamination?
