Mold??

I have two small light orange/yellowish patches on my casing...the humidity dropped over night and thats when i noticed it....is it mold?

yes, anything outher then white is mold, black,green,yellow..etc..etc
The one exception to that is if the mycelium is touched or bruised it will turn a blueish color. Smell your casing to. molds will have a bad smell.

not true. Myc piss is yellow and is relatively harmless, just a byproduct of the mycellium. If you see the yellow on the actual myc i wouldnt worry too much about it, if its taking over the casing layer you might have a problem.

Spray it with some h202, if it "fizzles" its a mold.

I bumped the humidity up in the bitch and the yellow is gone...thanks guys
