The Uber Cake

i have no idea how big or how much this cake weighs.. but its 100% rye with B+

the veils are odd on this strain.. not elastic at all and they basically tear days before the cap even starts to open



not quite ready yet, but the big one in the bottom of that pic was:

as long as the myc holds it together (all of the stuff i have seen can) its fine.  I have fruited normal jars of rye just the same. it works great!!!

now i do have several casings going.. i just like doing weird ass experiments too see what will happen :P
