about to birth first casing, what light?

Hey, my S&M porn midgets have been arguing with the my boss about light. My boss is going to birth a casing any day, but isn't sure which light is best. He knows about the spectral ranges prefered my the shrooms, but isnt sure which brands or kinds of light are optimum. What would you guys prefer and how do you know the range produced by the light at the store, would it say it somewhere on the box? Also, he has cakes going and had his first trip last night, he's done acid many many times, and would like to say THANK YOU FOR ALL THE HELP cause the shrooms were much better than acid!! and he loves acid! He had treasure coast, and pr's about to birth. Thanks

If you want to do it right go buy a cheap flourescent light ballast and put some grolux ultrablue in there, i'm not sure if they say the blue range or not (which is what i hear is best) but your best bet would be with the grolux type lights, although you could also put them near a windo, a few hours a day should do

While it's true mushrooms just need the light for a sense of direction, many have found benefits using lights focused in the blue spectrum. If you want blue fluoros, buy Deluxe Cool White. On the cardboard sleeve, you should see a color temperature rating of 6500k. That's quite blue.
