I'm going to be attempting my first grow, hopefully, soon. I've been reading a lot on this and I want to just get this clarified that this will be good and efficient for maximum yield from BRF cakes.
Sterilize working environment, prepare substrate and put into jars, PC for 1 - 1.5 hrs., let cool 12 - 24hrs., inoculate, wait, wait, birth and dunk (which I think I'm going to try dunking them back into the jars), roll, double end case, moisten verm on cake, place into fruiting chamber, wait, harvest, and repeat for multiple flushes.
If there is anything I'm missing (that's not included under these processes), please tell me. I think I'm finally understanding and I want to be as ready as possible, by studying, before I start.
Thank you in advance for any ideas/suggestons/help.

I too am almost ready to attempt my first grow, but what exactly are these stages? I'm using The Magic Mushrooms Grower's Guide and I have also done a huge amount of reading on the site.
I was under the putting moisten verm on the cakes is one way to "roll" a cake. What's the difference between these two steps?
Also, what does it mean to double end case?

Everything sounds good except for the PC'ing times. As long as you are using BRF and not whole grains, you can PC for 30-45 min and be fine. I have PC'd 1/2 pint BRF jars for 20 min with no contams. 1 to 1.5 hours is overkill IMO. GL with your first grow and keep us posted

Rolling a wet cake in dry verm is about the same as putting moist verm on the cake because the dry verm will absorb the extra moisture. "Double end casing" just means adding the verm to the top and bottom (double end). This retains moisture on both ends of the cake and helps produce larger fruits.
