Peroxide and wbs question

I am going g2g transfers and am wondering how much h202 i can add to 1 liter jars of wbs after they are pressure cooked in order to stop mold from growing. also, would i be using straight h202 or diluted stuff

Just do the transfers in a sterile environment and you wont have contams and dont need peroxide. Any amount peroxide that would be benificial to you would throw off the water content.

You can make a really basic glove box out of a cardboard box lined with plastic. You can also do your sterile work in a clean, Lysol sprayed and draft free bathroom. That is the cheapest and simplest way.

i havent done g2g yet, but when i did brf2LC, i just dipped the myc in some peroxide and tossed it in. no idea if this helps you at all. :wink:

maybe put the colonized grain in a ziploc with some peroxide and shake it up, and then transfer..?

My problem is that I did it what should have been a sterlie envioment and I got cobweb mold, i cant make it any cleaner.

Maybe PC the jars you were transferring to longer,

what type of environment did you do the transfer in?
