Heater/Humidity in Terrarium Question
    #4569540 - 08/23/05 06:05 AM (19 years, 4 months ago)

Hey guys!
Here where i need your help! (again lol)
Ive got my cakes in a terrarium now. With a bed of perlite.
I put them in yesterday and the humidity level was at 50. So i misted a little, and let sit.
This AM I am at a level of 90% or so.
Last night I bought an aquarium heater, but am wondering if i really need it.
(I havent installed ir yet)(also I cant finda any aquarium heater terrarium teks around here, anyone know of any)

Ive got condensation all over the sides of the tank, and all looks well. The temp in my house is always about 65-75F depending on the weather.

Im gonna be putting a light above it today, will this help out any with heat, maybe.
thanks guys!

not needed for fruiting, it's great for incubation though

you want your temps in the low 70's, thats optimum for fruiting.
