i Just cased 2 brf jars of koh samui with 1/2 inch perlite and vermiculite mix on bottom, and 1/2 inch verm on top.
What do i do next? Should i let air in it? light?

Let it sit in the dark for about a week, until the top layer is 30-40% colonized, then exspose to light and air to induce pinning.
