WBS requires PC?

I don't have a pressure cooker so I wonder, has anyone sterilized WBS just by boiling it for 1,5 hours?

You could try... Chances of success will be less, Don't use pint jars if you doing that, they seem to contam easier go for the 1/2 pint guys if you gonna try boil. Good luck!

I have a liquid culture comming up soon.
What other substrates are recommended for it, that don't need to be PCed?

BRF is the only substrate you can get away with boiling. Don't waste your time trying to boil WBS or any other grain, it will fail.
