Help with Single Cake Fruiting Chamber

An idea for a single cake fruiting 'chamber' is this (read about the basics elsewhere): - Place cake into a a small plastic container (probably going to just cut the bottom off of a 2 Liter soda bottle, very shallow.) - Place container into a large plastic bag and seal.
Questions: 1) In order to maintain FAE, what is recomended? Just open the bag and fan or will that possibly contaminate the cake? 2) Temperature will be hard to control, any suggestions appreciated. 3) I have read that the closed bag will maintain the needed humidity, if not could some perlite be placed in the bottom of the bag around the plastic container?
Any other comments, suggestions, links or feedback are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

A 1 gallon size pasta container. The lid screws on tight with the bottom covered with duct tape to get pinning out the top. Cut a couple small holes in the side and filled with polyfill to get air exchange. There are TEKs around that you could read about using the 2L bottle properly.

Check it out I took a Small plastic Garbadge bin 'bout a foot high 6x5 inches
Filled it up 3 inches with Perlite.
Placed my cake covered it with a Plastic spool cover from a 100 stack of CD-r's.
Fruited huge for a cake.

Actually, go with the 2 liter idea. Put a hole on each cone of the bottom of it, fill with about 3 inches of perlite and place in your cake. Then, instead of a bag, slide the other end of the bottle over the bottom, like a sleeve. Its kinda tricky, but you CAN get it on. Then, make a 1in hole thru the plastic, a little above the perlite and fill with polyfill, or use some other type of filter. Then place the bottle in a 1/2 of water.I will be using a 3 liter just to make sure there is room for the shrooms. Alot of people will say it wont work, but I promise it will. I did this with seedlings a long time ago, and it didnt work because their was too much humidity.lol. I will be trying this with cakes very soon.
