first timer...jus innoculated...

wutup everybody. i'm attempting to grow puerto ricans using pf tek with brf/verm. i innoculated two days ago, and sealed tight, and kept it in a dark warm place. i jus checked it out, and i see NO signs of colonization, mycelium, nothin. should i be worried? or is this normal and i should wait longer before i'll be able to see something? thanks for the help.
