K...
I got %100 contam rates: Green Mold.
On 40+ jars.
Do I have to start from scratch or can I flush em with peroxide and pressure cook em all over again without opening the jars??
Wouldn't that kill everything and leave me with sterilized jars again??

You run a risk, but I guess if you are thorough enough you should be fine.

I was just going to hit em with about 5cc's of Peroxide first then pop em back in my pressure cooker for an hour.

if your really tight on cash go ahead try it... but if it's just laziness man dont risk it... you'll be risking future cultures by spreading trich spores around your house... dont go for 40 jars right away in my opinion perfect the tek first with a couple till your sure you won't fuck up 40... in that way you wont be wasting time and perspiration.

It's a gamble. WBS is so cheap, why don't you just start over?

I think Ill just start over ... I assume I can still use the same jars though.
Ill open em out on the deck. Wash em in a bucket of soap and peroxide.. start over.
Damn it.
Any tips for next time? What I did this time was.
1. Simmered WBS in water for 20min. 2. strained and cooled. 3. filled Jars 3/4 way up. 4. Cut pinky sized holes in the jar lids 5. covered with Tyvek and polyfil 6. Sterilized in pressure cooker for 1 hour 7. inoculated with 4 CC's of LC each. 8. Sat 'em in a TiT at 80 degrees.
Next time I will add Peroxide on the second day of inoculation.
