You need the unhulled mullet because it's unprocessed; sometimes they'll put stuff in it to keep it fresh and you need the kind that's natural and pure. You can pretty much just use WBS as it contains unhulled mullet.

it would if you use the PF method, the results may not be gret or they could be pretty damned good, you may have to experiment with the vermiculite content to obtain a usable cake but a good idea is to start with the 2:1 mix called for in the tek

I was the same way for a while I used everything except wbs, I recently bought some and had awesome results, the jars fully colonized in a week, and my poo trays are colonizing faster because it breaks up very well better than rye, not only that its 20 lbs for 9 bucks at wally world.

I dont have any on the servers asside from these 4 it was an experiment in contamination, it was a bacterial contam sent to me by a friend, I introduced green mold and black pin mold, it only colonized to 50% and after 4 month it finaly fruited.

these were puerto ricans, one was a couple of mutant caps that formed with no attachment to the substrate, gills, stems or any other mushroom like features the other is a bunch of pins fruiting from another mushroom
