I have to go on a trip in 7 days and my mycobag is just now starting to pin. What should I do about this? Any suggestions?

I have a similar problem --- so I'll just post here as well.
I have 2 casings in my perlite FC and I have to leave for the weekend tonight. My apt. can get pretty humid if I leave the windows open and I have a humdifier. Should I just leave the top off & light on while I'm gone or would it be better to leave it closed?

First post, those pins should mature in seven days to harvest. Second post, I wouldn't leave the lid off for fear of contams, you should drill some holes in your FC and stuff with polyfill to allow for air exchange and prevent contams from entering you FC.

You must have adequate air echange or contams could be a problem. Leaving the lid off is NOT an option.
If you don't have a timer with something for air exchange (humidifier) then recruit a family member you trust to keep their trap closed.
I have tried for the last 3 Bonnaroo festivals to leave my setup unattended with just an aquarium pump for air echange, and I've come back twice to a huge mess. And that's only 5 days absence.
2 years ago I lost about 3 ounces and two large terrariums packed full of casings, set me back a good 6-12 months to get back up to that level.

The pins will mature within 7 days. Harvest, dry, take with ya

Not for invitro type of fruiting. Fruiting invitro isn't as quick as open air fruiting. If you're not leaving for too long, invitro in a cool place will be fine. Room temperature that is......(67-72 degrees)
