haha you all might think this is just a retarded idea because of contamination or something or i'm just way off but seeing as i was going to be making some pf cakes soon.. i was thinking of replacing some of the water in the mixture with coconut water.. could the added nutes help the culture? is this a bad idea?

When I lived down south I had considered drying out coconuts and then chipping the coconuts and husks all together to help make a compost for mushrooms. I never got around to it. It should work. I'd try to use it at a minimal though. Let's say, 20 ml's of coco milk to 40 ml's H20 or something like that. Maybe even less milk.......

yeah though.. you seem a little confused or just accustomed to different terminology, i am going to be using the coconut water (juice) from a fresh thai baby coconut, not coconut milk which i think of as the opaque white canned substance used for cooking.. which is taken from pressed coconut meat and much thicker than the juice that is inside the coconut.. both are very nutritious.

Definately IMO. I'd steer clear of the coffee for now or use the coffee alone. I wouldn't try to use them both. I'd use the milk with a minamal application. Like 20-30% milk to the rest H20. Additives like these need to be used at a light application. I'd bet good money the results will be nice. You can do a few different ratios to see which jar is doing the best. Just make sure you mark the ratios on the jars.
20cc's of fresh coco milk 40cc's of H20 or 15cc's of fresh coco milk 45cc's of H20
Something along those lines. Per 1/2 pint jar of course..
