Outdoor Yield Possibility?

I'm planning on a Pan Cyan outdoor grow next year from May-September. During this time the daytime temps will reach around 100 degrees at the most and down to 55-60 degrees at night at the lowest. Humidity is normally 20-30% at the most so I know watering frequently will be a must. I am planning on two 6' x 6' patches in the shade of a tree using a lot of crumbled cakes and cow manure, possibly with some soaked hay straw if I can find some hay. Anyway, If I can't find straw I plan on making the patches 6-8" deep and filling the bottom with manure, then covering that with crumbled cakes, and then covering the cakes with roughly 1" of manure. 1) Does this sound okay? 2) I have no idea how much this could yield so if you can make an educated ballpark guess in dry weight from May-September I'd appreciate it.
EDIT: I know request #2 is extremely vague but if you've done something anywhere close to this before I'd like to know what you yielded.

I've done a similar outdoor grow with h/poo. I know pans are sensitive to any misting once pins show, so it may be hard to keep things moist at that point. You may want to take a sheet of plastic with a bunch of holes in it and lay it over your patch with some stakes holding down the corners. This would help retain some of that humidity. I you can't find straw, just make sure that you don't pack the patch down tight, keep it loose and fluffy. GL

I assume you mean plastic covering that is flat across the surface of the patch instead of a "tent like" set-up, correct? Them being sensitive to watering may be a big problem for me because things dry out very quickly here. Oh well, that will be good after harvest though, huh?:)

Bump...So if it rains outside while these things are pinning in their natural environment they won't grow? I know that shrooms are picky as hell indoors but I thought it was the exact opposite outdoors. Oh well, I'll try to make something work. Any guesses on yield though? I've heard that with cubes you can get 1 pound wet per flush, per square foot so if that is the case then I should expect at least half that from Pan Cyan, right?

The yield wont be anywhere weight wise to a cubensis strain, Pans like dry caps and wet feet. Ive got a grow log of Pan Cyans so ck this link out http://www.sacredshrooms.org/forums/showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/2112572/an/0/page/0#2112572
