Im no expert by any means, but from what I've read I would say
#1 no
#2 i think so, need a better pic of the leaves
#3 yes

Don't make any decisions based on my guesses, wait for a qualified identifier. lol

number 3 = no
number 1 = the most likely
number 2 = maybe

more pod pictures, the ones on #3 are way too oblong.

are you sure about that? i thought poppy identification was mainly by looking at the leaves/flowers. not the pods..

positive identification, no question
1 is Papaver rhoeas
2 and 3 are both papaver somniferum.
you may feel safe treating them accordingly, with repect and caution being the paramounts

Exellent, Ty jonny poppy seed, you made my morning. and thanks everyone , your all very cool

these poppies are actually growing in our towns puplic flower Garden. lol , there is hundreds of them , and im guessing they have been growen there for years and years without any of the current staff realizing the riot they could have on there hands when the towns drug takers find out. im proberly the only one of these dudes who figured it out, so gona have to keep the exact location secret , but if it intrests anyone i stay on a northen scottish isle, im kinda surprized that our climite has supported these for so long, always thought of poppies being exotic , so to speak,

ok thanks again jonny poppy seed , i will go test them for potency, keeping your advice in mind ofcourse.

woooot
