Where would I buy acetone? Sorry never bothered to look in into it and I wouldnt wanna go aimlessly around town in all the wrong places. Also which brand or manufactor should I buy? I heard I need the one that doesnt have extra strength or ressidues. This is for extracting salvia thanks in advance.

hardware store, paint shop
buy small amounts of the brands
go home
drip a teaspoon of each brand onto a clean glass mirror
after evaporation check for any residue
use a razor to clean before and at this point.

if uncertain evaporate a wholecup and see if there is residue.

my feeling is that if there is no residue, the solvent is clean enough to prepare this extraction.

I went to OSh and thats about it cause I went to 7 places in all in this hot weather. I got a can of acetone and there was only one brand which was really depressing. I know this one leaves a white residue and wanna know if its still ok to extract? Inless when I light it it will just burn up?

Its not aliquid residue just white powder dust like particles are left. I'm wondering if its nothing to worry about?

no good if it leaves dust.
clean the glass and try it again
if it leaves visible dust
it will be too much contamination for your extraction really!
I'm brave but not tht brave.
