I get that for a week or two after quiting... it's accompanied by giant bursts of motivation. My teeth get numb sometimes too.

This usually happens to me in bathrooms or any place that is tiled in general..the tile just lends itself to patterns shifting on my eyeballs.

I think perception is usually permanently altered after using a psychedelic. Whether you see (no pun) this as a good thing or a bad thing is entirely up to you.
I also beleive that when you take a psychedelic, it's not just the 6 or 10 hours that you're 'up there', it's probably residual for a few day's - months, again up to you.


I'm permanently at the the edge of the envelope - through choice :wink:

thats not always a bad thing, it can lend itself nicely to meditation, knowing where you are trying to get is key in actually getting there

read a trip report where a guy ate some shrooms and maoi's, and can now have a level 5+ trip on .2 grams i tink of psylocibin, or anywhere from a quarter to a single hit of acid
