Straw is more nutritious than say BRF - but its has lower tryptamine levels than compost, birdseed and dung - ill find a link for you...

I think that BRF is more nutritous than straw, I don't know how that has to do with potency though. Sunflower seeds and flax seeds have trypimines (chemicals that the shrooms use to make psilocybin) in high concentration for any grain. I think flax seed meal helps with the potency....
just my opinion though...

the other day i ate like about a half pound of Portabella mushrooms and i didnt trip at all!!! FUCK

exactly what im saying - whether brf or straw are more nutritious - its the tryptamine content of the substrate that counts...
