Whatever they are, they are well past their prime. Throw them out and wash your hands before you touch anything.

I think those are shaggy parasols...should be safe to eat...not 100 percent sure though.

what kind of surroundings did you find them in, and what part of the country
color of the spores?
one can use spore colour to narrow down a suspect to a family or two

Those ain't shaggy parasols. I've found a fair amount here in Seattle recently and those ain't them. I don't know what they are - they almost look like some kind of sun-abused amanita. I wouldn't eat 'em, though.

Yeah fuck it, they are gone. Pretty big "shrooms" but have no UMPH! Whatever....Just fun to look at and "WISH" that they were magical...
