I prefer combining whole leaf oolong tea with ground up shrooms.
I fill a tea ball about 1/3 full of tea leaves and 2/3 full of shrooms.
I let it steep in boiling water for about 5-10 minutes.
Pleasant taste and very quick onset of trip.

There are actually several teas commercially available that are a combination of the reishi mushroom (non-psychedelic) and green tea. Some of these have a similar taste.

well most tea's can increase blood circulation in the brain. which can be a more intense trip. i perfer poppy tea and shroom tea. its an overwhelming body high and if youre in a quiet place its tooooooo fucking silent and chilled out. alot of people put stem tea in their shroom tea too. i find cream or milk makes the brew thicker more opaque

What's up everyone? Making tea sounds like it'll be easier on my stomach but I have a few questions about it. What is the shroom-to-water ratio? Because what I kind of want to do is boil ground up shrooms but maybe only one or two at a time, strain the shroom material out of it, and throw it in whatever drink I have at the time. Basically use the boiled shroom mixture as alcohol and the beverage I pick as a mixer kind of idea is what I'm going for. Also, would the material that you strain from the liquid still have potency? Or is it pointless to save it and throw it away? If you don't mix the water and ground shrooms with anything would it last longer than if it were mixed with a tea or something else? If anyone could help me with this idea it would be appreciated.

Can u make tea with fresh shrooms or do they have to be completly dry before brewing
