Alright, this is my first I.d. post and i'm already 75% sure it's not a psychoactive. This is a fairly common garden shroom around here and I was hoping for a positive I.D. At best maybe it can go in tonights dinner. No knowledge is bad knowledge, right?
Without further ado, the pics:
* Habitat: Found growing in typical 'florida crabgrass'. * Characteristics of the gills White, non attached, long and straight gills * Characteristics of the stem : About 3 1/2 inches long, roughly 1 inch diameter. Firm white stem with brownish splotches * Characteristics of the cap: White with rough rasied bumps, conical * Spore print color: How do I do a spore print? * Color that the mushroom bruises: Greenish/purplish/none * Scent of the mushroom: 'Ucky'- according to girlfriend. I'd say it's a slightly acrid smell, definatly not as musky as most shrooms.
* Anything else you might find important

hat mushroom is none other than Chlorophyllum molybdites, or what is commonly regffered to as 'green gills' and/or Morgan's Lepiota.
It is toxic causing severe stomach discomfort, nausea, cramps and vomiting.
In Florida it is the number one accidently consume mushroom as Psilocybe cubensis. however, it really does not resemble cubensis except for its large size.

Wow 0_o, I would think that would be pretty hard to confuse for a cube, even if just going by picture comparison.
