pasturization skills

FOAF wants to know if she can add the desired amount of water to the poo before before cooking at 170F so after an hour or two no straining is required just cooling.
Example: cow poo is mix w/water til barely dripping.
then poo is placed in glad container{holes in lid)
glad container is then placed into cooking pot
with 2 inchs water
pot is then covered
and placed into the oven at 170F for 1 1/2 hours

Do that on a stove top (simmering) For two hours. Cover your containers with foil. No moisture loss.
