It'd probably take a really long time for all the water to evaporate.
You probably just store it in the fridge for a while.

but if I placed small amount of lots of plates around the place and then scraped it up and stored it....it should dry fast....besides....it means far less volume to consume as well...

I thought that oxidation reduced potentcy. Isn't what you are talking about doing TOTAL oxidation??

I've never tried, but I'm pretty sure that a week in the fridge would be no problem. Someone with some experience will come along soon and answer for sure, but I'm almost certain that it would be OK for just a week. You'd probably want to put it in a sealed glass container that was filled to the point of having little or no air space in it though. IMHO

You can evaporate the water with some success. The end product will be a VERY sticky mix of sugar and psilocybin (psilo-caramel). I have experimented with this caramel and i believe it to be considerably less potent than shrooms.

Yes it works quite well.

My friends and I made some tea once in a volume far too great to consume at once. I froze it and left it frozen for two weeks before thawing it out to drink. It was just as strong as the day we made it. Just, when you are ready to thaw it, take it out of the freezer a day or two in advance and leave it in the fridge. This will allow it to thaw slowly and completely before you drink it. Enjoy.
