burnt cooker????????help

my friend usually pc his jar of br and verm for a half of an hour and puts a dish cloth on the bottom of the pc. he decided to cook them for an hour this time and didn't put enough water to compensate it and the cloth got burnt to shit . i mean black as night. do you guys think it is ok to ;
1 inncolulate my jars
2 re pc them
3 just throw them out
please guys help him it is his last syringe and doesn't want to order any more becuse of this anthrax bullshit. thankx in advance.
