If anything, I haven't really heard about it but I chose it as my free gift from a website I was ordering from. Don't even know what form it's coming in, but I'm sure some of you guys have to know what the stuff is/does.

i have like 6 ounces of it...
at first it doesn't taste too bad(tea),but the more you drink the nastier it taste...
it's really like eating mud...
and i only got a numb tongue,and a very almost undetectable "sedation"...

kava relaxes the hell out of me when i take it in larger (triple the normal recomended dose) you cant even feel it if you take smaller doses.
i make a tea from it (ground kava root not leaf) emptied from pills into boiling hot water, adding clove honey to taste, because it is a bitter drink, and can be difficult to get down without the ade of a sweetner, i gag.
but within finishing a large glass of tea with perhaps up to 20 pills of root dropped in it, i get a nice comfy feeling in my body and my head feels fuzzy like my third is opening or something equally ridiculous.
imo: B+, its not opiates but its definatly on par with pharmicutical muscle relaxants.

In my experiences, I give it a D-. At first it makes me slightly relaxed, like a cup of chamomile tea perhaps, but then afterwards I have a throbbing headache from it. Rather odd as I don't hear many others having this reaction, but it's like an instant mini-hangover or such.

Kava is awesome in high doses. A real good sedative IMO. Just ddrink some after a long day at work and you will feel wonderful. I always find that strenuous activity then drinking kava amps the feeling tenfold.

be careful with kava. It was taken off of the shelves, because recently people who used too much of it had bad liver problems as a result.

i actually Made a bunch last night,and i was great...
just use your own recipe,as in a few spices to make the tate good....
