When ever I have sex I cant get past the 10 second mark. This is really hard on me and I feel that girls don't want to have sex with me because of that. Is there any techniques or ways I can use to control the duration? Please help, It damages my self esteem pretty badly.

I think its something you grow out of, look at animals have sex in the wild. Name one healthy male animal who doesent ejaculate in under 30 seconds. Until you grow out of prime, I recommend a nice opiate and some viagra if it makes you limp I guess.

I think I read once in Maxim magazine that if you tug lightly on your nutsack (or get her too) during sex it delays ejaculation.

Like everyone else here said: "Never go out with a loaded weapon" and beat it before you bang. Think about baseball and do your kegel exercises too.

My advice would be start SLOW, then when you think your on the path to blow, just stop for a few seconds/minutes and start again, this can be repeated for up to 6 times or more.

practice when masturbating... i find that when i am completely relaxed and i breath from the stomach it takes much more time getting close to ejaculating it's also much more pleasurable!
try to let go of every muscle you use and just stroke away then you'll understand what makes you come so fast (you probably don't have enough experience with sex to have learned to take your time right? getting too excited about the fact that you're actually having sex...)
think about it this way... until now you were used to masturbating and usually people don't take the time doing that... so you've learned how to be quick about it... your whole body already knows what to do... so you kinda need to unlearn it!

look this up on google and you'll find the same advice i've found which has worked great for me.
have sex slower, and stop all stimulation for while when you are about to come, and then restart again once all the feelings of orgasm are gone.
practice kegel exercises every day.
masturbate ONLY by getting to the point of orgasm and then stopping stimulation for a while until you don't feel the orgasm or you get soft, and then keep going. repeat the stop and go a few times.
And that's all I ever needed.

are you usually wearing a condom? when i wear one it takes me awhile, i couldnt go in under a minute if i tried my hardest. with no condom it's the opposite, it takes like 10 seconds haha.
