Myc to LC?

Can you take myc and make a LC from it,If i was to take a little myc from a jar(WBS) and add it to a LC would that work or is there a link i can learn more about doing that?

yes you could do that, you need to be very sterile about it though. a piece of colonized myc or a piece of tissue from a shroom will work in an lc.
you could take the piece of myc and dip it into some h2o2 and then put it in the lc just to give you some extra protection while transferring.
best done in a glove box or in front of a flow hood.

no prob, just remember to be very sterile so you don't end up with a jar of contam'd lc.

ok,i'v had no problems with my first 12 jars they all turned out contam free but i tried a G2G with 9 jars and 3 of them got contams but the other ones are looking real good no signs of contams anywhere
Does anyone happen to have a link to share with me for more info on Myc to Lc

Opening jars is quite risky without a glovebox/ flowhood, I don't see why you just don't inject spores into your LC it's 20 times safer.
