Cant find suppliez! fuk

I have everything i need but the 1/2 pint jars. Verm is banned around here so it took me about an hour on the phone to find some. Ive called about 20 diff stores looking for half pint jars and nobody has n e. the best i could go for is NON TAPERED pint jars. Im casing anywayz so does it reallie matter if i get tapered or not? can i just sterilize a spoon wen there done and scoop it out? If n e one knowz were i can pick up some 1/2 pints(not online) post it up. tnx

If you are casing you are right - it won't matter. Just sterilize whatever you are using to scoop with.
