7th day fruiting(pic)

This is day 7 and this is what it looks like.Any ideal of whats going on?

without much info its hard to say. Day seven id say you'd probably have a bunch of primordia/knots under the surface waiting to break through. When i did my casing, i incubated for three days til i saw some myc, patched, put in the FC, and six days later i saw tiny pins pop up.

I say you're fine, have some more patience and you should be seeing pins.

Yeah I can see the myc coming up. Just make sure you keep constant on the air exchange, very important.
