Yogi Tea
    #4519077 - 08/10/05 07:25 PM (11 years, 7 months ago)

Anyone here drink it? They make a wide array of organic teas, the one I'm particularly interested in is the "bulk" classic, it's basically your standard base for chai sans black tea (I guess you add it yourself, or not): "A combination of Organic Cinnamon Bark, Organic Ginger Root, Organic Clove Bud, Organic Black Pepper and Cardamom Seed"...

I love Indian food, if anyone has never tried it, it's delicious. Very exotically spiced and good. Though the reason why I bring it up is because someone on EDOT mentioned that this mix would make (California) poppy tea actually taste pretty good. Basically he said to make the spice tea according to the directions first, then use the tea to brew your (California) poppy tea however you like to make that. I've yet to try that, but I'll let you guys know how it goes, just figured I'd pass this on.

Could also help with other teas that don't taste so great.

Take care.

why would I drink California poppy tea indeed :smirk:? swim thinks I'm nuts, I'll let him drink the good stuff though, as I'll be laughing last while he's having a good time on illegal teas and I'm being all law abiding and such .

Mm that does indeed sound very good, not to mention being quite good for you actually. And I imagine that that mixture, along with some honey would make CALIFORNIA poppy tea taste not-repulsive, if not downright tasty.

Well, they make all kinds of teas, I think they have a "detox" tea, but what I'm talking about is basically a chai tea. It is good for you and very tasty.
