Help me make a new life for my-self!

Hi, I've spent the past few years thinking and researching about this, so I'm deadly serious.
I'm going to up and leave my country (UK) to make a new life for myself. I have a small business that I can run from anywhere. so getting a job in the new country won't be a problem.
The big problem I have (for now) is money. I try to live a simple existance, I prefer less stress so I don't work loads and make lots of money. I think realisticly, I want to purchase a cheap property for under 4000 pounds!
I have found that Bulgaria is insanely cheap & I can actually purchase a stone house (shabby but inhabitable) for just under 3000 pound!
I've managed to save 1300 hundred so far & I have been putting practically all my wages into a high interest savings account since I decided I was seriouse.
I'm interested in people that have any information that could help. If you have a link to a cheap european property site for example or have known somebody to take up a similar challange then please post your help!
I suppose Canada is also a posability, would I be able to buy land cheap there? Then I could have the house built myself. I work for a building company and thus have lots of contacts in the house building area!
I realise I'm going to have to completely reintegrate. Maybe learn another language, make new friends. Its going to take some work but its my dream and I must achieve it!

I can't offer any advice, but good luck with your change!

I want to do something to. Stay in Idaho and just chill, bike, hike, swim, snowboard, cross country ski, raft, and all sorts of other stuff for the rest of my life. Here in Sun Valley, Idaho. That would be nice. Heh, too bad money is a pain.

I'm glad you have such a passion for this i wish you the best of luck!
For years i have had in the back of my mind that in years to come after a good while saving, i wish to buy my own private island somewhere. There's sites all over the internet selling small private islands all over the world.
I think it would be awesome having your own little world, surrounded by family and loved ones in a crime free habitat
And i give you my word one day i shall.

HMMM, maybe somewhere completely random, like Estonia!
But it must be cheap.
Thanks for your best wishes. I will keep y'all updated when I start the viewing trips!

Estonia has more free internet access in compared to the size of its population than any other country on earth.
