theres a tek for it in the grow/find section of the shroomery.. fast food of the gods i think it is i might be wrong... but i dont reccomend it...i boils cause im to broke to buy a 100$ pressure cooker and i dont even recommend my method but ya know almsot 100% colonization no contams.. this batch anyways . last batch was all lost to contams but ive update my methods since then and im contam free

I should really write a new Microwave Tek being that I've experimented beyond that of that microwave tek.

Two things you should remember when using a microwave - you need to allow for water loss in the jars (and it will be substantial) and if you are using plastic containers in there I suggest cyclic heatings. Basically by that I mean you must heat it up, let it cool, heat it up, let it cool. I used that tek to great success in my last growing cycle.
