could you use grass seed & verm. as substrate???
has anybody tried this????

RR's lets grow mushrooms videos
breadbag tek...well the way i use anyway.
rgs (rye grass seed)easiest & works as spawn for anything u grow

Grass seed is used for cultivation of P. tampanensis and P. mexicana.
But it would be colonized by P. cubensis too, I think.

I am sure that cubensis will colonise grass seed. In fact we tried it a few times. It gives a big first flush and that's it. Second and third flushes are very poor. Yields are lower than those on rye.
