I have a question i birthed my cakes a while ago and now have lots of pins from 1/8 to 1/4 inch in length
how long until they will fully mature

Fully? Probably 1 week to 1.5, that's how long it takes in my experience, anyway.

Well, it depends on a few factors: temps, Rh, species, etc. Once you see pins it can be a matter of days or up to a week. But at 1/4", they seem to be on their way.
