I found these mushrooms ( http://www.shroomery.org/forums/usergallery.php/gallery/122969/imgpl/3/imgpp/12/folder/Home ) in recently laid wood chips. It rained the other night, and these little things were standing roughly 4-6" tall under a street light in Greenville, SC. The gills were attached and brown in color. The stems were smooth, golden brown to white in color, and hollow measuring under 1cm at the root and about 0.3cm where it attached to the cap. The cap is about 3cm in diameter at base, and "coneafies" upward. The top of the cap is darker brown, and gets lighter toward the cap margin, this too is smooth. The smell in light. One spore print is brown in color with some black.. I'm making another to be sure. The gills were crowded. The mushroom bruised light to dark brown with time. Good luck!
