Hey guys how long do you PC your 1/2 pint PF jars for? ive heard from 45-90 minutes and was just hoping one of the more reputable guys on here could give me a suggestion.

pf jar 30 to 45 @15 psi is more than enough

anyone else to verify this? i have some runnin for 45 mins as of now, so unless someone suggests otherwise 45 it is

As long as you are sticking to the PF formula and are only using BRF and not whole grains, then 30-45 mins is more than enough. Sure, you could cook them for 90- 120 mins or more if you really wanted to, but that would be overkill and the point of a pressure cooker is to get it done quicker. Otherwise, just use a regular pot with boiling water.

The point of a PC is to get more than 100?C, bc 100? is not high enough for some spores. I am cooking them now for 120' since it doesnt bother me how long it takes and i dont do bulk.
