Who needs sleep? Sleep is for the weak! I'm somewhat enjoying this collective hallcination.
I used to have real bad insomnia (still do, but its improving), and sometimes I'd be up for days at a time. I'd see small animals and lawn gnomes run in and out of my field of vision all the time. Hard to explain; you would see an image, then as you become aware of that image it would disappear.
You get audible hallucinations, too. Its hard to focus on a group of sounds when you're face feels like its melting off and the only way to keep it attached to your head is if you open your eyes REALLLLLLY wide.
Yep. Its all true.

yeah, but they different from LSD style hallucinations. i didn't sleep for 3 days once, and crazy stuff started happening in my peripheral vision; objects would suddenly shift and stuff. its not a pleasant thing. don't deprive yourself of sleep so you can hallucinate.

Exactly the same for me, after four or five days of no sleep (no drugs either). Really annoying when you are driving at night and keep seeing things in the road that aren't there. Never again... and most certainly not fun.

Yes but they are not the pseudo-hallucinations that occur on most psychedelics, where you "know" that what you are seeing is a hallucination...
The hallucinations produced by sleep deprevation are true hallucinations - you can't tell if they are real or not.
I found the state produced to be eerily similar to the states of delerium produced by anti-cholinergic drugs. Mass confusion accompanies the hallucinations. I actually had to get someone to show me where the bathroom was in my own house because I couldn't remember where it was.
I certainly wouldn't call the state "enjoyable". There's a reason we all feel like sleeping most nights
Not sure what this is doing in S&P, though....

Regardless of your temper and character, you could be turned into psychosis and paranoya. There are some things that are beyond the control of the human mind
