Hyphal knots aren't progressing

Hi guys, this is my first post and I'd really appreciate some help.
I birthed a few BRF cakes into a plastic tub with perlite humidification about a week ago and the few pins that had formed in the jars matured quickly but I'm not getting any new pins. There are tons of hyphal knots on one of the cakes which I understand are supposed to progress into pins but none of them are doing anything. There are a couple of primordia that formed a couple days ago but they haven't grown at all either. Does anybody know what the problem is here?

How many times a day are you fanning, did you dunk the cakes after birthing them, are the double end cased/rolled.... need some more info then what you provided.

When I can, I fan many times a day, but sometimes I can only fan once or twice a day. I did double ended case them but I did not dunk them.

i had the same problem with my cakes. i started a new job recently and i havnt had time to fan. i ended up buying a fish tank air pump and running it into the terrarium. not only do i not have to fan it, but it dropped the temperature in there by about 3 degrees (used to be at a constant 75-76)
